IFA is a division of Clientèle Life Assurance Company Limited www.ifa.co.za Tel: 011 320 3333
The IFA Business Opportunity was launched in 1998 by a group of pioneers who sought a unique distribution method for Clientѐle Life’s insurance products. A key objective was to bring these affordable products within reach of previously disenfranchised communities and simultaneously creating an opportunity for thousands of South Africans to earn an additional income.
This enabled Clientele Life to play an integral role in promoting broad-based black economic empowerment initiatives, through the Independent Field Advertiser (IFA) business opportunity. With a low barrier to entry, the IFA business opportunity has empowered a significant number of individuals from previously disenfranchised communities.
With representation in all nine provinces, the organisation ensures that the marketing message remains consistent and that the business operates within the legislative framework established by the Financial Services Board.
Training and development plays a pivotal role in ensuring the economic empowerment and success of IFAs. Quality-driven and value-based training is offered free of charge, nationwide, providing IFAs with the necessary training and tools required to change negative behaviour and accelerate the growth of their business. Thousands of IFAs have received training on various aspects of life insurance, network marketing, leadership and basic financial skills.
Over the past 11 years, IFA has attracted individuals from every walk of life, many of whose lives have been radically transformed as a result of their successful business. Since its inception, the IFA Division has paid out over R2bn in earnings and bonuses and many IFAs have left their full-time occupations, becoming independent business owners in their own right.
